We've updated SumUp.io's Terms and Conditions

Read below to find out more about the changes.

We’d like to inform you of a change to our Terms and Conditions, which will be effective as of 18th April 2022.

What have we changed?

We’ve added permission, which you can revoke at any time, to automatically charge your added card in the case that you want to make a payment using SumUp.io and don’t have enough funds in your balance to cover the payment.

Where can I see the change?

You can find full of the change in section 9.12 of the Terms and Conditions. If you agree with the new Terms and Conditions, you don’t need to do anything – just carry on using SumUp.io as usual.

How can I object to the change?

If you don't agree, you have the right to object to the change until 18th April 2022. You can send your objection to our Support team.

Can I still use the app if I object to the change?

Yes, if you don't agree to the change you can continue to use SumUp.io. But you’ll only be able to execute payments if there are enough funds in your SumUp.io balance.

Thanks,

The SumUp Team
