The SumUp Handbook is a growing collection of articles written by a variety of SumUppers that describe how we work: the ideas, convictions and frameworks that guide us as well as the habits and rituals that form what we call "the SumUp operating system." We are sharing the SumUp operating system publicly in the hopes of creating transparency, of attracting likeminded people to join us on our mission to empower small business across the globe, and of inspiring other companies to be part of a positive change in the culture of work.
