Just log in to the SumUp Dashboard and click "Cash Advance". Here you can see your transactions, the amount you’ve already paid back, the amount left to pay and when this needs to be paid back by. You can also make additional repayments via your SumUp dashboard.

Your cash advance will be wired to the bank account associated with your SumUp profile within 2 working days. Please remember to keep any third party bank account you have registered with SumUp updated to avoid issues with your cash advance payout.

You’ll need to pay back the full Cash Advance amount plus the fixed fee within the agreed repayment period as specified in our Terms and Conditions, which begins the day the Cash Advance is transferred to your bank account. Once we’ve transferred the money, we’ll begin deducting the fixed percentage from your SumUp card sales. You’ll need to make a minimum monthly payment that is also shown in your Cash Advance offer.

Yes. If you want to make a one-off repayment to settle your Cash Advance, you can contact our support team via phone or email, and we’ll arrange a flexible repayment for you with no additional fee. You can also make use of the Self Service feature in your Lending dashboard to make a payment.
