Still wondering about SumUp Pay and how it all works? We've compiled a short list of questions and answers to help you out.

What do I need to do?: You don’t need to do a thing. But you may want to let your customers know that they can start earning and redeeming cashback at your business using SumUp Pay.
How do I create my public profile?: By creating your public profile, you'll instantly appear on our consumer-facing discovery map full of small businesses. Simply open the SumUp app, go to your profile in the top right corner, and there you’ll see the ‘Public profile’ section. Follow the instructions on the screen.
How can I accept SumUp Pay payments?: If you're a SumUp merchant, you're already fully equipped to take payments from customers using SumUp Pay.
If you have a SumUp card reader, customers can pay you by adding their SumUp Pay Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and making a contactless payment.
If you're accepting payments via QR Codes, customers can scan the QR code using SumUp Pay and complete the payment in the app.
If a customer has SumUp Pay installed and you send them a payment link, the app opens automatically when the link is tapped and the payment is completed using the app.
Is it free for customers to use SumUp Pay?: Yes, there are no fees involved with using SumUp Pay.
Does it cost me to accept payments made with SumUp Pay?: You will only pay the usual transaction fees associated with whichever method you use to accept payments. There are no additional fees.
