What will you be doing?

We truly believe that every day is different in this role. You’ll play a critical role in making small businesses across the world become more successful and also making a great impact on our global business. When a client signs up to use one or more of our products, they expect a smooth onboarding process so that they can continue to focus on running their business. This is where you come in. Some of the most important aspect of your role is to:

  • Communicate with newly-registered clients via email (only non-voice communication)

  • Review and verify clients registration documents

  • Resolve varying levels of queries in a timely and efficient manner

Identify and report any trends in merchant queries to senior staff

What are we expecting from you?

  • Curiosity, self-motivation and a can-do attitude to solve any issues our clients may have are some of the attributes required to be successful in this role. Priorities do change so being adaptable and having the ability to react to these changes is important in this role. We need someone who has:

    • Excellent command of French/ Italian and English

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a strong team player and able to interact with colleagues at all levels

    • Strong time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise your own tasks.

    • Comfortable working with data
