Tribe structure

Accounts

Building and maintaining the trust of SumUp customers by ensuring intuitive and real-time access to an equitable account balance for transfers, cards or other operations enabled by SumUp.

Cards

Ensuring our merchants can pay providers and withdraw money easily. Any merchant with a business account can request a physical and digital card that can be integrated with Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Consumer

Taking care of connecting customers with our merchants and closing the loop. SumUp Pay is a digital wallet allowing users to collect points on every pound spent – with more points earned for paying at SumUp merchants.

Engagement

Building meaningful relationships with users after their activations and adopting engagement principles across the entire tribe.

Growth

Identifying potential obstacles or problems that could hinder our growth. Analysing and experimenting with growing the SumUp Bank. Some of the initiatives that are taking place are Instant Payout and Express Shipping.

Transfers

Aiming to empower SumUp Bank customers with a best-in-class digital banking experience by providing fast, intuitive, and secure payments through an API-first approach and an architecture that allows easy adoption of new payment methods and schemes.

Our products

SumUp Business Bank Account: An online current account that makes sending, spending, and managing a business' money flexible and simple. It allows our merchants to link their sales to the Business Account and track all things money from a single place.

SumUp Mastercard Debit Card: ​​We like to keep things simple, with one free contactless Mastercard for every small business and an app to track spending.
