After placing your order, we’ll process it promptly and dispatch your device. You’ll receive a confirmation message and tracking link via SMS and email, allowing you to monitor its journey. While you await your device’s arrival, take a moment to complete your profile and explore the powerful tools available in the SumUp app and web dashboard.
How much does SumUp charge?
You pay the one-time hardware cost, and then a fixed transaction fee each time you take a payment. If you choose our pay-as-you-go plan, the transaction fee for card reader payments is 1.69%. If you choose the cost-saving Payments Plus plan, the transaction fee is 0.95% for domestic consumer cards.
When will my money reach my account?
You can choose to have your payouts sent to your free SumUp Business Account or your own bank account. With the SumUp Business Account, you get payouts within 3 hours (even on weekends and holidays) and a free Mastercard for expenses. If you prefer your own bank account, payouts arrive in 1 to 2 business days.
