Step 1: Unbox your SumUp POS Bundle

Before getting started, make sure you have access to 2 grounded electrical outlets and your internet router. For optimal performance you will connect your SumUp Register to Wi-Fi and your Customer Touchscreen to Ethernet. In your box you will find the following:

  • SumUp Register (A) with charging cable

  • SumUp Customer Touchscreen (B) with charging cable

  • 2 Ethernet Cables

  • 3-in-1 USB-C Hub

Step 2: Setup your SumUp Register

Locate the 2 USB-C ports on the back of the register and follow these steps:

A. Connect the charging cable.

B. Connect your 3-in-1 USB-C Hub.

C. Use the 3 USB ports for connecting additional USB devices.

Turn on the SumUp Register and connect to your Wi-Fi:

  • Go to the Settings app on your home screen

  • Select Connections

  • Enable Wi-Fi and connect to your network

Step 3: Setup your SumUp Customer Touchscreen

Locate the ports on the back of your customer touchscreen and follow these steps:.

A. Connect the charging cable - push firmly into the tablet.

B. Plug-in your ethernet cable and connect to your router.
