All SumUp card readers, including Terminal, are free from binding contracts and or rental costs. You simply pay a standard 2.6% + 10¢ fee per transaction.

Switching devices couldn’t be easier. Just log into your new Terminal using your existing SumUp profile details. All your sales data and item catalog (if previously created) will be transferred automatically.

With normal usage, the Terminal lasts up to 14 hours. You can charge it using the included standard USB-C charger.

Yes, your employees can have individual staff profiles, allowing them to use the Terminal without accessing sensitive business information. During transactions, customers will only be able to make payments and won’t have access to other features on the device.

You can customize permissions, such as who can process refunds, apply discounts, or modify item prices in your catalog.

Yes, you can adjust your Terminal settings to either print receipts automatically after every transaction or choose to print only when needed.
