If you sign up to our pay-as-you-go plan, you’ll pay the one-time purchasing price for the device you choose (where applicable), and then you’ll simply pay a fixed transaction fee each time you take a payment. For our card readers, the transaction fee is 1.69%. For our digital payment products (Online Store, payment links, gift cards), you’ll pay 1.69% per transaction. QR codes are free to use, with no transaction fee.

If you sign up to our flexible subscription, SumUp One, you can enjoy cheaper transaction fees on each payment you take. For the monthly cost of €19, we’ll only charge you 0.99%** on each transaction you take, regardless of whether you’re using a card reader or a digital payment product.

With a customised, fixed subscription, your fees will vary based on the package of products you’d like to use.

With SumUp, you choose how you want to pay. If you choose to use our products on a pay-as-you-go basis, you won’t be subjected to any monthly costs or charges. You’ll only pay a small percentage fee on a transaction-to-transaction basis. In other words, you only pay when you get paid via a SumUp product.

If you want to combine and save on transaction fees with one of our subscription options, like SumUp One, you’ll be charged a monthly fee. However, you’ll then receive a discount on the amount you’re charged as a transaction fee on each payment you take with our products.
