Please note that international and corporate cards (including AMEX) incur a 1.69% transaction fee per payment. The fee for online transactions is 2.50% per transaction.

Please note that online payments have a 2.50% fee, and in-person payments with international, corporate cards or premium cards (including American Express) have a 1.69% fee. These rates apply to both the pay-as-you go option and the Payments Plus plan.

With Payments Plus, you’ll pay a monthly charge of £19, and a fee of 0.99% for in-person payments. International, corporate, and premium cards (including American Express) incur a 1.69% transaction fee per payment. Online payments incur a 2.50% per transaction.

For businesses looking to avoid monthly fees and pay only when they use the service, the pay-as-you-go option is the ideal choice. However, if your monthly transactions exceed £3,000 and you’re aiming to reduce fees, Payments Plus will be a better solution for your business.

Your plan will renew automatically based on the billing cycle you select. You'll be charged every month on the monthly plan, or once per year on the yearly plan. You can view your next billing date from your profile settings.

You can easily cancel your Payments Plus plan from your profile settings in the dashboard.

If you cancel your plan, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you change your mind, you can resume the plan before it expires.

• A consumer card refers to a debit or credit card that is registered to an individual rather than a business or organisation.

• A corporate card is a debit or credit card issued to and registered under a business, organisation, or other entity.

An international card is a card that has been issued outside of the UK. This includes cards from countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).
