The Free plan is great for small businesses and includes unlimited invoices, multi-currency and quotes with a 2.5% transaction fee for online invoice payments. The Plus plan costs the equivalent of £7 per month, billed annually, and is geared towards growing companies that require invoice customisation, invoice translation and integration with external bank accounts.

When we talk about online payments, we're referring to invoice payments in which the customer enters their card details into a secure webpage or pays via another online method such as Apple Pay. This is the easiest way for your customers to pay you and the fastest way for you to receive your money.

We charge transaction fees for online invoice payments only. There are no transaction fees for bank transfers or cash payments. The transaction fee is 2.5%, meaning for every £100 you invoice, we will take a £2.50 cut to cover the expenses incurred from the card schemes (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).

When paying for a subscription, you’ll be charged in advance for the selected billing period. Subsequent payments for subscription renewals occur one month/year after your first payment, depending on the billing period you selected.

Your subscription will renew automatically in accordance with the monthly/yearly billing period you selected.

Of course! If you change your mind, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your SumUp Dashboard.

When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the features you paid for until the end of the current billing period after which time you will automatically return to the Free plan.
