SumUp Invoices makes sure that all the required information is included before you send the invoice to your customer. Typically, invoices should include the following:

• A unique invoice number

• Your company’s name, address and contact details

• Your customer’s name and address

• A description of the goods or services provided

• The date these goods or services were provided

• The invoice date

• The cost of the goods or services

• The VAT amount (if applicable)

• The total amount owed

We offer two different pricing plans: SumUp Invoices Free and SumUp Invoices Plus.

The Free plan is great for smaller businesses and includes unlimited invoices and quotes. The annual Plus plan costs the equivalent of £7 + VAT per month and is geared toward growing companies that require additional capabilities like invoice customisation and automation features.
