Cashback offer: For a limited time, you can get £100 cashback when you buy a SumUp Terminal or £30 cashback when you buy a SumUp Solo.

Eligibility: To qualify, you must be a new SumUp customer who signs up and buys a Terminal or Solo card reader between 21/04/2026 and 18/05/2026. You also need to make your first transaction with the new device by 30/06/2026.

Exclusions: You will not receive cashback if you return the card reader or have any chargebacks. This offer is only for Terminal or Solo devices bought directly from the SumUp website and applies to a single card reader purchase. If you purchase multiple devices, the maximum cashback you will receive is £100 total.

How to receive the cashback: Your cashback will be paid to your SumUp Business Account by 15/07/2026. To get paid, make sure your payout settings are set to your SumUp Business Account, not an external bank account.

After placing your order, we’ll process it promptly and dispatch your device. You’ll receive a confirmation message and tracking link via SMS and email, allowing you to monitor its journey. You pay the one-time hardware cost, and then a fixed transaction fee each time you take a payment. If you choose our pay-as-you-go plan, the transaction fee for card reader payments is 1.69%. If you choose the cost-saving Payments Plus plan, the transaction fee is 0.99% for domestic consumer cards.

You can choose to have your payouts sent to your SumUp Business Account or your own bank account. With the SumUp Business Account, you get next-day payouts (even on weekends and holidays) and a Mastercard for expenses. If you prefer your own bank account, payouts arrive in 1 to 2 business days.

No, you don’t. With SumUp, you pay the transaction fee per transaction when you get paid. You do not pay anything when you are not using the card reader.

With our pay-as-you-go plan, there are no contracts or commitments. You simply pay a transaction fee whenever you process a payment.

For those looking to lower fees, we also offer the option to upgrade to our Payments Plus or POS Plus plans, available on a monthly or annual commitment.
