Office & Admin Coordinator (Working student / Part-time)

As an Office & Admin Coordinator at SumUp, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day office operations of our Warsaw office and providing administrative support for various office-related tasks such as organising office events, managing mail, supporting with employee onboarding, and offboarding. Please note this is a part-time role, so it's ideal for working students.
What you will do:
Oversee all day-to-day office operations and procedures, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, vendor management, order management, and overseeing office equipment and technology.
Organise in-house office events, such as team-building activities and celebrations.
Support with visits of employees from other SumUp offices, ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
Assist in the onboarding & offboarding of employees, coordinating office setup and logistics.
Support our Finance team by forwarding invoices and being a mediator between the international finance team and our local suppliers
You'll be great for this role if you have:
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
Ability to remain flexible and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Good time management skills, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks and resources.
Attention to detail and proactivity in identifying and addressing issues without waiting for instructions.
You have prior office management, administrative, or assistant experience
