Office & Admin Coordinator (Working student / Part-time)

As an Office & Admin Coordinator at SumUp, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day office operations of our Warsaw office and providing administrative support for various office-related tasks such as organising office events, managing mail, supporting with employee onboarding, and offboarding. Please note this is a part-time role, so it's ideal for working students.

What you will do: 

  • Oversee all day-to-day office operations and procedures, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, vendor management, order management, and overseeing office equipment and technology.

  • Organise in-house office events, such as team-building activities and celebrations.

  • Support with visits of employees from other SumUp offices, ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

  • Assist in the onboarding & offboarding of employees, coordinating office setup and logistics.

  • Support our Finance team by forwarding invoices and being a mediator between the international finance team and our local suppliers

You'll be great for this role if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish

  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

  • Good time management skills, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks and resources.

  • Attention to detail and proactivity in identifying and addressing issues without waiting for instructions.

  • You have prior office management, administrative, or assistant experience
