We’re looking for a skilled Team Lead Risk & Anti-fraud to build relationships with their team and through thoughtful leadership to guide them to achieving their goals and potential.
What you’ll do:
Conduct regular 1to1 catch-ups with your team
Lead and guide the career development initiatives in the team
Participate as a leading figure in operations hiring processes
Represent the team and the function at various group and cross-functional forums
Deliver and conduct the delivery of accurate and timely reporting
Collect and provide further daily review of the team activities
Manage and provide reporting on the schedules of the team
Drive and add value on project level within their function or as a stakeholder
Operational needs planning on ad-hoc basis
Operational tasks distribution and improvement
Ensure their team has contributed significantly to the achievement of the Team KPIs.
Constantly stay up-to-date with fraud trends and acquire technical knowledge that can help them and the team stay on top
Avid learnings sharing with the team, as well as mentoring and coaching of its members
You’ll be great for this role if:
You have acquired at least 2 years Leadership experience
You possess a strong understanding of Fraud Operations - transaction monitoring and chargeback management process.
You have previously worked with Salesforce CRM (an advantage)
You have a practical understanding of queue management and workload distribution.
You bring at least 3 years of experience in the Fraud operations field.
You believe in leading by example
You are a mindful and proactive problem solver
You believe in strong and bonded teams
You demonstrate stakeholder management skills
You are a naturally and generally curios individual
