You will work within our Customer Support team, with a focus on Risk & Fraud topics. In this position, you will support our merchants with a variety of transaction-related issues and requests and find solutions for them. You will also work closely with a variety of departments, such as our Risk & Fraud team in Sofia.
In addition, you will happily support other merchant related queries when needed to - you will truly be part of an international and supportive team!
What you’ll be doing in this position:
Proactively support a variety of transaction related requests from our merchants by following security rules and procedures
Working as a backup to our internal Risk and Fraud Team by contacting our merchants a checking documents as per risk assessment
Monitor our merchant’s behavior in compliance with AML and internal T&Cs rules.
Use decision making abilities about transaction fee reduction requests
You take care of our Spanish-speaking customers in a variety of communication channels, primarily by phone and email
You competently support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
You’re part of an international and multilingual team
You’ll be great for this position if:
You have excellent language skills and feel comfortable speaking and writing in Spanish and English
