As a Data Analyst, you would be building reports and dashboards, and work closely with product and engineering teams as well as leadership to help them understand the stories behind them.
What you'll be doing:
You’ll identify and build data sources, extract and transform data, build visualizations and generate actionable insights
You’ll define and refine the overall KPIs and metrics.
You’ll be proactive in identifying areas of improvement by exploring data and proposing product experiments.
You’ll provide insights in a consumer-friendly way and establish a data culture in the team that is about self-service analytics, measuring what matters and acting upon the data.
You'll be great for this position if
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy having great autonomy in structuring your work as well as coming up with your own hypotheses.
Ideally, you would have 3+ years of work experience in BI or product.
You have strong SQL skills (using CTEs, window functions and subqueries, creating and maintaining analytical objects such as tables, views).
You have worked with A/B testing and event tracking platforms before.
You have experience with Snowflake or are open to gain it.
You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or others.
You know your tools and systems that work for you and collaborate with software in terms of data requirements and data structure (design events in GA or business events in the backend).
You are fluent in English - you'll be part of a truly global company.
