Are you ready to shape the future of our banking offerings in Brazil? Join us as the Brazil Bank GTM Manager and lead the strategy and execution of our Go-To-Market efforts. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both local and global, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and CRM, to identify, drive, and analyze tests and experiments that enhance our merchant acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Your insights will be crucial in guiding our banking products' adoption and engagement among our merchant base.

What you'll do

  • Lead GTM Strategy: Spearhead the end-to-end GTM strategy for our banking products in Brazil, aligning with the company's goals and objectives

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with global and local teams to drive tests and experiments that optimize merchant acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth

  • Data-Driven Approach: Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to banking product adoption and merchant engagement

  • Customer-Centric Product Development: Transform customer feedback gathered from experiments into actionable insights for product development

  • Feedback Loop: Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests to contribute to product enhancement

  • Market Insights: Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends and competitive landscape to inform your strategies

You'll be great for this position if you

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting adoption data and customer feedback to drive informed decisions

  • Proficiency in applying agile methodologies for effective product adoption strategies

  • Proactive and self-motivated work approach, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Demonstrated growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and credibility with stakeholders

  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user engagement strategies

  • Proficiency in financial modeling for decision-making

  • Proven experience in Go-To-Market strategy and execution within the financial or tech industry

  • Collaborative skills, enabling seamless cooperation with cross-functional teams

  • Data-driven orientation, skillfully measuring and analyzing KPIs to drive strategic choices

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable enhancements
