The Payments Product team you will be part of is responsible for ensuring that the core of SumUp operation runs smoothly and to create and launch the best solution to allow the small business owners to fulfill all their needs.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
Conduct market research, user interviews, and testing to deeply understand the needs of customers and local partners.
Identify and address gaps in the product offering based on market needs, and technical and geographical constraints.
Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that optimizes product-market fit in the Brazilian market, aligning with SumUp’s vision and mission.
Collaborate closely with other squads and tribes located in Brazil and Europe to ensure prioritization and delivery of products
Lead part of the Payments Product team (3 direct reports) in Brazil, reporting directly to the Head of Product
You’ll be great for this role if you
Have 2+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipping impactful, well-loved web and/or mobile products
Have experience leading a team
Have advanced English skills
Are a strong communicator, influencer, and cross-functional partner
Experience in payments industry will be a plus
