**People Partner Intern

As intern of People Partner structure, you’ll play a key role in providing comprehensive support in all people-related matters to the Sales & Growth teams. You’ll learn how to support people leaders in many topics including recruitment, talent development, onboarding and other people initiatives. The position will be based in São Paulo.
What you’ll do
Actively participation on team reviews, support leadership on feedback best practices and Performance Improvement Plans implementation;
Gather and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes;
Collaborate with the People Development team to organize training sessions, team buildings, eNPS surveys and development programs for employees;
Support maintenance of employee records and databases on people systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information to reflect the updated organization structure and employee´s data;
Align best Business Partner´s practices with global and local BPs;
Recommend areas of improvements in the People domains and contribute to people-related projects;
You’ll be great for this position if
You have strong english skills
You have intermediate level on Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and analytical skills;
You have ability to support people processes across multiple locations & cultures;
You have solid collaboration and communication skills;
You have ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
