What you’ll do
As a Trainee in Fraud Prevention, you will participate in creating and maintaining strategies and decision rules for both Card Not Present and Card Present transactions. This includes setting thresholds on score models, validating their performance, creating decision rules, managing block or allow lists, and implementing changes on Decision Engine (NOTO). You will also be involved in running frequent diagnosis analyses on chargebacks received and collaborating with Sales teams to gather feedback and present solutions for enhancing fraud prevention measures.
As a Trainee in Operations, you will have the opportunity to harness your expertise in data modeling and analysis to promote a data-driven culture within the organization. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and document data marts and metrics using cutting-edge tools like GitHub and DBT. Additionally, you will play a key role in generating insightful analytics that pinpoint business opportunities and guide strategic initiatives. Your tasks will also include implementing tests to validate hypotheses for process improvements and aligning with operational and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
You’ll be great for this role if:
Currently studying or graduated, specializing in exact sciences or related fields
Proficient in English language
Graduated between December 2022 and December 2023
Available for full-time on-site work in São Paulo, five days a week
Demonstrated technical expertise in data-driven analytics
Strong in stakeholder and project management
Skilled in navigating ambiguous situations with a problem-solving mindset
Innately curious and committed to self-learning
Proactive in taking action and driving results
Exhibits drive, sets pace, and applies pragmatism
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
