What you'll be doing:
As a Trainee, your day-to-day activities will include:
Outlining solutions to complex problems through data and insights
Driving changes in partnership with relevant stakeholders
Collaborating closely with teams to develop analyses for problem-solving
Acting as a point of contact for Business Relationship Managers to optimize insights and address critical issues
Missions on Logistics and Onboarding
Focus on improving the merchant experience with card reader delivery and returns
Manage the comodato model and improve KYC processes
Mission to drive chargeback reduction through improving current models and rules
Ensure a great merchant experience
Sales & Growth:
Missions to reduce churn
Prioritize and implement growth levers, e.g., bank adoption
You'll be great for this position if you:
Are fluent in English
Are a university student or graduate
Have a graduation year between Dec/21 and Dec/23
Can work full-time on-site in São Paulo for 5 days a week
Possess technical proficiency in data and analytical skills
Demonstrate stakeholder and project management skills
Excel in navigating ambiguity
Embrace a problem-solving mindset
Are a self-learner/curious individual with a bias for action
Bring a drive, pace-setting, and pragmatic approach
It is a plus if you:
Have involvement in multifunctional projects at the university
Completed international experience during college
