Senior Business Analyst - Onboarding

What you'll do

  • Create recommendations to support changes and improvements based on analysis of the area's main indicators;

  • Implement tests to prove hypotheses that improve the area's processes;

  • Contribute directly to the construction of objectives and results based on indicators (OKR's);

  • Map and align with operational area the main impacts of changing and implementing new processes, always aiming for efficiency and the best customer experience;

  • Review and monitor the area's costs in order to identify opportunities for optimization.

 You will be a great fit for this position if you

  • Have experience with SQL and Tableau;

  • Have a strong sense of prioritization;

  • Have stakeholder management skills and are able to work in cross-functional initiatives and projects;

  • Are familiar with operational processes;

  • Have fluent English skills;

  • Knowledge of verification and onboarding processes or previous experience in fintech companies is a plus;

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
