About The Position
This position will be responsible for all Facilities/Office Management in all Brazil locations, including the main office in São Paulo - Gilberto Sabino - and field sales locations (Polos FVI) in different parts of Brazil. The main responsibilities are:
Ensure a great employee experience in all SumUp locations, related to office facilities, IT infrastructure (hardware, software, infra platform - CPD, cell phones), catering, events and special occasions
Efficient and effective cost management of Facilities budget, purchases, negotiations with vendors and payments
Manage third parties for outsourced activities, including contracts management
Manage rent contracts and all office-related necessary changes and improvements
Implement, monitor and improve areas' KPIs, report any discrepancies between actual and forecasts
Develop/improve and implement policies and procedures for facilities in accordance with SumUp standards
Analyse and recommend best practices strategy for office and FVI locations (Polos de FVI) and support for field sales team facilities needs
You’ll be great for this role if:
Solid experience in facilities management, workplace services, property management, or office management
Fluent or advanced english
Skilled in budget and vendor management
Expert in multitasking and consistently keep up with deadlines
Extremely customer service oriented
Excellent communication and organization skills
