Treasury Coordinator (Hybrid)

As a Treasury Coordinator you will be a focal point on all daily routines and operations with banks we interact with. You will master all steps of payments routines and liquidity control, ensuring that all company’s financial obligations are fulfilled and the financial health of the company is maintained. You will have a strong interaction with global treasury, all finance areas and its leaderships,  and also areas responsible for many different SumUp expenses.

What you’ll do:

  •  You will master all steps of payments routines and payment processing

  • You will support accounting at month end, interact with areas to prepare the cash flow forecast, review and monitor cash use and understand and explain variances to the leadership.

  • You will build complete understanding of Treasury controls and be responsible in maintaining and implementing those controls.

  • You will be responsible for managing liquidity, and supervise the maintenance of internal controls designed to safeguard company's assets.

  • You will propose and implement new processes and systems within the scope of your own expertise.

  • You will lead a compact team of analysts and be responsible for their development

  •  You will interact with the global treasury team and your stakeholders across the wider finance area

You’ll be great for this role if:

  • You have corporate treasury experience

  • You have experience in the areas of AP, AR, cashflow forecasting

  • You come with strong reporting and data management skills and a re a confidant Excel user

  • You have experience in the financial planning area

  • You've served as a people lead

  • You demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • You are goal-oriented, with attention to detail

  • You put your team first and you strive to share knowledge and build them up
