As a (Senior) Data Scientist you will be part of our MarTech mission to build a data-powered product roadmap to automate, measure and optimise Marketing activities. You will join a global team that is building foundations and running experiments to acquire customers efficiently.
What you’ll do in this role:
Evolve our multi-touch attribution model, which tells the credit for conversions by marketing channel
Work on predictions and insights that contribute to shaping the direction of the company
Collaborate with an international team spanning 2 continents, made up of engineers, product manager, and marketing specialists
Act as the main Data Scientist expert in the domain, guiding the solutions and supporting team members
You will be great for this position if you have:
A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economy, Computer Science or a comparable degree.
5+ years of experience in data science, and in marketing (marketing budget optimisation, MMM, attribution, bidding automation)
Experience building and deploying machine learning models and algorithms end-to-end at scale
Experience in experimenting and measuring marketing strategies (set up A/B test, lift test or geo test and evaluate it)
Proven experience using Python and its scientific stack (pandas, sklearn, numpy, statsmodels, xgboost, matplotlib, seaborn)
Good communication and visualisation skills in working with non-technical stakeholders
Advance knowledge of SQL
Proven experience working with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Snowflake, Airflow) and CI pipeline (GitHub Actions)
Embrace best practices and have a passion for clean, maintainable and testable code
