What you'll do in this position
Support logistics team on delivering new projects and improve the operational flows (orders, warehouse and couriers management)
Identify improvement opportunities and roll-out projects in a fast-paced environment
Exercise your analytical skills: bring your hypothesis; let's test them together!
Work closely with different teams in a collaboratively environment to bring the best possible experience for our merchants
Conduct data-driven business analysis to support and make recommendations on key strategic initiatives for the business
You will be a great fit for this position if you:
Have experience with Logistics processes
Are number and hypothesis-driven person, with outstanding analytical skills and expert with excel;
Result orientated to prioritize large volumes of activity all at once;
Are fluent in Portuguese and English - you're going to work in a Global company!;
Easy going and team player, your success will depend also on multiple stakeholder support;
Pragmatic, pro-active, hands on, people oriented and a fast-paced environment lover.
