CRM & Engagement Coordiantor

The CRM coordinator is responsible, with the support of her (his) multidisciplinary team, for design and implementation of CRM journeys that enhance our merchants' experiences and have a positive impact on our business metrics. We need someone who has the understanding of the impact and complexity of each project or initiative at our ecosystem and has the capacity to prioritize the efforts based on what is better for our merchants and for SumUp.

You’ll play a key part in adoption more than one product from SumUp’s portfolio, defining CRM channels strategy and helping to define business strategy. We work thru end-to-end process so you will guide and help others team members with content strategy for your campaign.

What You'll Do:

  • Guarantee that our internal clients are with the right expectation and visibility of CRM deliverables.

  • Be responsible for daily prioritization and development of a team of analysts.

  • Be part of the definition of business goals, as well as planning on how to achieve them.

  • Help the team on daily execution, from journey creation to results measurement

  • Guarantee the interface with tech areas for the development of features on the CRM's platforms that meets the team and projects needs

  • Frequent follow-up on opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing journeys

  • Assist the team with marketing cloud, business and analytical questions

  • Create end-to-end communications strategies when needed (Channel strategy, content, marketing cloud triggering and analytics)

You’ll be great for this role if:

  • Previous CRM Experience (minimum 5 years) - knows CRM metrics and different channels

  • Previous team management and leadership experience (minimum 1 year)

  • Marketing Cloud

  • Fluent or Advanced English
