Product Marketing Senior Analyst

The Payments Product team you will be part of is responsible for ensuring that the core of SumUp operation runs smoothly and to create and launch the best solution to allow the small business owners to fulfill all their needs. 

As a Payments Product Marketing Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in the launch of new solutions in the Brazilian market. You will also be involved in the products we already have.

What you’ll do

  • Influence the evolution of Payments products by working closely with the global Engineering & Product teams and other stakeholders for the launch of new products and services

  • Perform market and user research to identify opportunities and generate insights to launch new products and features

  • Define market segmentation and propose the best value proposition for each of of them

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new products from the design to the strategy delivery, guaranteeing the end-to-end marketing strategies for POS and SOLO focusing on enabling growth and engagement

  • Use a lot of data (from differents sources) to put together meaningful strategies to deliver new products and services to our merchants

  • Design and run experiments to continuously optimize the product communication

  • Continual improvement of product marketing and product positioning

  • Manage reporting and effective communication on project progress and results

You’ll be great for this role if you

  • Have experience with market research 

  • Deeply understand client personas and are able to develop content strategies

  • Have the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating and influencing decision making with a customer centric view

  • Have advanced English skills

  • Have intermediate SQL skills

  • Have knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI, for example)

  • Have strong analytical skills, with ability to translate data and customer feedback into insights

  • Get excited about solving problems and have many stories to tell where you were able to come up with solutions

  • Have knowledge of Google Analytics (not required)
