As a Junior Customer Success Manager you'll be the face of SumUp, championing our clients' interests across the company. Your mission:100% responsible for ensuring our merchants thrive and flourish with our products in order to do what they love most! What will you be doing?
Engage with merchants when expected behavior deviates from the norm through outbound calls/emails to retain the business and prevent churn
Provide routine checkups to satisfied merchants
Target merchants who have sub-optimal setups to upsell or replace new products
Ensure new merchants are properly activated within a defined period of time
Encourage merchants to properly adopt our product suite
Guarantee that merchant's queries are resolved in a timely manner

You are very good at empathizing with clients and explain complex issues in a simple way

You are fluent in Italian (must have) and English (must have), French, Spanish and German are a plus.
