What you’ll do
The Global Director of Revenue Operations will enable SumUp to have a sustainable growth by acting as an influencer for all revenue operations related decisions including go-to-market strategy, systems & tooling, business intelligence, sales enablement, projects roadmap and team efficiency. The Global Director of Revenue Operations will be defining and implementing the revenue operations roadmap for all markets. The position will be based in either Paris, London, Berlin, Milan or Barcelona.
Partner with the revenue teams and influence their decisions about the go-to-market strategies
Coach the leadership team on revenue operations
Define a roadmap for building and implementing a unified lead and funnel management system in all markets
Improve efficiency of our growth by developing and implementing the right systems, data and sales enablement strategies
Identify the main revenue operations priorities of the growth teams and monitor the go-to-market funnel performances
Develop a cross-functional global revenue operations team of ten people embedded in the growth teams across all markets.

You have assumed a regional leadership role in similar large, multi-national and complex tech organizations
You have strong experience in strategy planning and project management for high growth markets
You are customer centric and data driven
You have strong experience in developing and executing efficiency improvement projects
You are an entrepreneurial, multi-skilled, results-driven, analytical yet empathic leader
You have a high degree of comfort in dealing with ambiguity, dynamic environments and shifting priorities
