Consumer: Growth Manager

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone to power the growth engine for SumUp Pay, our flagship Consumer product, and help us get in front of the right customers effectively and efficiently.

This person will be central to our marketing and growth strategy, and the role is best suited to someone who’s flexible, and enjoys working iteratively in a fast-paced environment.

As the first few members in the Marketing team in our Consumer Tribe, you will have autonomy to build our performance marketing processes from scratch, solve impactful problems and shape the future of the team. You will be working closely with our Data, Engineering and Product functions to scale our consumer product across the UK and beyond.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the performance marketing strategy and vision for SumUp Pay

  • Evaluate and experiment across the various marketing channels available to us, creating reporting and optimising the most impactful channels

  • Work collaboratively with Data, Engineering, Product, Brand and Content to drive growth and improve conversion rates

You’ll be great for this position if:

  • You’re data-driven, analytical and centre decisions around the customer

  • You’re happy to be hands-on at first, but have ambition to grow with the team and product

  • You enjoy experimenting, learning and iterating as you go

  • You’ve got great attention to detail

  • You’ve got experience owning and scaling performance marketing

  • You’ve got experience of working at a consumer-facing brand (ideally tech or fintech)
