Your new team
Order & Pay is one of SumUp’s newest tribes, on a mission to create unique and efficient ways for consumers to buy goods and services, from QR-code-based pay-at-table solutions to large touchscreen kiosks. We're experimental and entrepreneurial, and we like to move fast, iterate frequently and are constantly looking for new ways to add value to our customers.
We’ve launched two new products this year and are showing massive growth, and are just getting started, join the ride 🚀 We are located in covent garden and typically go into the office 1 day a week for breakfast to collaborate!
What you’ll do 🏃♀️
Work within the product team to design industry-leading experiences and features to take our Kiosk and Table Pay solutions to the next level.
Build a deep understanding of our users and the market through data analysis and conducting your own research activities.
Work collaboratively with engineering and product to design mockups for upcoming features and build and add to a design library in Figma.
Have a collaborative vision of the product process. Every member of our team is involved from ideation to implementation.
Your profile 🫵
Have designed products and features that have been used by thousands of users
Highly proficient with modern design tools such as Figma
Have worked with engineers and product managers, ensuring they are brought into the design thinking process and not just expected to ship designs
You’re passionate about beautiful software, experiences and people,
Have worked in a fast paced environment such as a startup or tech company
You’re comfortable working in an office environment but are also able to thrive remotely - following our hybrid model
