We're looking to welcome to our team a Director, Strategy and Operations based in our Dublin office. The Strategy and Operations Director will play a key role in building the best customer experience by implementing key initiatives to develop and improve the processes, tools, and systems. The Strategy and Operations Director will be building an operational excellence function that can power both stand alone and continuous improvement programs. The position will be based in Dublin and report to the VP Global Operations.
What you’ll do
Develop a clear and prioritized quarterly roadmap aligned with our Merchant Care value
Improve the productivity and quality from both the customer facing and agent technology teams
Coordinate the prioritization process for systems investments, drive management initiatives by deriving data and insights from across systems
Drive large and complex workstreams, including detailed root cause analysis and business requirement gathering for top priority issues
Ensure the CRM is effectively used across the organization and functioning to cater to the specific needs of business processes
Monitor and assess ongoing performance across countries, anticipate issues and guide the teams to build and implement solutions
You’ll be great for this role if:
You have experience in Management Consulting, Sales or Business Operations areas
Ideally you bring experience from high growth and multi-country Tech environment
You have successfully built and managed teams
You have experience managing a variety of global stakeholders and act as a trusted partner
You value excellent communication and analytical skills and have a high level of integrity
You have deep interest in examining data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound conclusions
You have project management skills and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards common goals
