As a customer experience agent, you'll need to provide information on products/services and resolve any emerging problems that our merchants might face with efficiency and accuracy. Your main objective is to ensure that there are excellent service standards and maintenance of high customer satisfaction by being helpful, knowledgeable, and articulate when speaking to customers about the business’s product and services.You’ll be able to join a friendly, relaxed environment where we’ll cultivate your skills. Furthermore, you will enjoy varied, and challenging work with the support of a close and vibrant team environment.
What You’ll Do
Answering calls, tickets and chats from our customers with honesty and positivism.
We will provide complete training to enable you to support our till system and work with the customer through their journey of a new or upgraded till system.
Conveying our customers’ feedback and feature requests to the product team.
Aiding the efforts of the Support Team to remain customer-focused and fixated on building and maintaining the best till system we can.
Collaborate with ideas and different areas in order to continuously improve our merchant experience and their retention
Excellent verbal and written communication
A good problem solver
Quick learner, keen in emerging technology
Experience with CRM systems
Demonstrable ability to work in a team and also independently
