About the role
As a Product Quality & Data Specialist you will join the Supply Chain and Logistics team part of the broader Hardware team.
You will be responsible for supervising the Quality Policy of our proprietary products.
To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication skills - you will be working with multiple suppliers and warehouses. You are also someone who is very detail oriented and knows what constitutes good quality.
About the team
You have probably used our card readers to buy a cappuccino or pay your hairdresser already. In Hardware, we are passionate about creating these beautifully designed card payment devices and accessories that enable our merchants to start, run, and grow their own businesses. In doing so, we deal with a diverse range of engineering topics - industrial and electronic design, embedded systems, all the way to mobile apps and backend services.

What you’ll do:
Product Quality:
Verify good manufacturing practices at our suppliers
Conduct Product Audits through QA flying control in the production lines
Conduct Good Received Audits and Out of Box audit verification for proper Quality assurance of our products before shipping to our local warehouses
Check the outgoing products through MIL-STD-109C for respective shipment acceptance or rejection
Conduct QA Audit at our suppliers & warehouses
Create & Update WI/Visual Help/Procedures/8D Reports
Monitor the quality indicators and act accordingly for improvement and Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
Lead any complaint or 8D report from suppliers and customers
Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
Training and managing the quality control inspectors
Data Manager:
Create/Edit/Maintain the Bill of Materials, Specifications, Drawings, Costs, for all the projects in the PDM system;
Work closely with the Hardware & Software Team in order to ensure the accuracy of the PDM system;
Keep the process of changes under control.
Manage Engineering Change Notification to supplier
You’ll be great for this position if:
You’ve experience working in the manufacturing domain, preferably Quality role
You’ve proven track record of managing product quality issues - from
rejection, analyzing PPM, to following 8D reports for solving the issue
You’ve experience in a regulated industry ( e.g. automotive or electronics industry)
You're able to travel 1-2 time per month to our suppliers
Nice to have:
You’ve experience with ISO9001 and IATF16949
You’ve experience working with Bill Of Materials
