As our Partner Management Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving SumUp's Partnership Strategy for Partners, Large Merchants and Integrations across all of our operating countries in Europe. You'll set the long-term vision of the area in close collaboration with the Commercial Director by setting strategic commercial targets and frameworks, aligning on infrastructure development and cross-functional collaborating to streamline teams across the whole customer journey.
What you'll do
Drive SumUp's Partner Management function across the EU by defining a vision and go-to-market strategy for the region
Analyse data and internal reports to refine sales strategies and grow the pipeline of potential partners
Proactively review existing commercial agreements, drive automation, and simplification
Constantly seek opportunities to improve and structure our processes and implement best practices
Actively work on the team culture of the Partner Management team, setting targets and facilitating team development
You'll be great for this position if
You have 10+ years of experience working in B2B Sales/Business Development.
You have strong experience in managing, coaching, and leading regional (EU) and large teams (10+).
You have great analytical skills and strong business acumen.
You’re self-driven, proactive, persistent, pragmatic and have a can-do attitude.
You enjoy solving complex problems, taking a broad and long term perspective to identify solutions
