As our Key Account Management Lead, you’ll lead a group of highly motivated individuals who activate, grow and retain SumUp’s Key Accounts. You’ll play a critical role in developing the KAM strategy and building long-lasting business relationships across all of SumUp’s operating countries in Europe. You will drive customer retention and YoY growth of SumUp’s largest customers. You’ll think outside the box to make things happen for our key accounts.
What you’ll do
Define and drive the Key Account Management strategy, which consists of high-value customers using SumUp’s services across Europe
Analyse data and internal reports to uncover new opportunities and increase customer value via growth initiatives of existing accounts
Constantly seek opportunities to improve and structure our processes and implement best practices
Manage the growing Key Account team, and coach team members to become expert business consultants and relationship managers
Set team targets and be the owner of your team’s performance
You’ll be great for this role if
You have +10 years of experience working in Key Account Management for end users.
You have solid experience in managing, coaching, and leading a team.
You have unparalleled people skills - together with your team, you will be creating a "wow" experience for our high-value customers.
You have a can-do attitude - you are self-driven, proactive and persistent.
You are a strategic commercial thinker with outstanding analytical skills
