Within the People Tech team, our mission is to facilitate business scalability for the long term by nurturing a data driven mindset through integrated systems and a user friendly employee experience.
Reporting to the Head of People Tech and working closely with the People Tech & people analytics team, You will help people operations and people partners globally, to get the most out of Workday. You will work across several modules within Workday, to ensure we use them to the fullest extent.
What you’ll do:
Configure and improve (parts of) several Workday Modules, either Absence, Time Tracking or HCM Core
Assist launching the time tracking module in several geographies
Work with stakeholders to understand pain points and help resolve issues and suggest improvements
Answer requests from employees across SumUp running into issues with Workday
Build reports & dashboards, do data bulk uploads
Your profile:
You’re familiar with the Workday HCM Core module and ideally Time tracking
You are a quick learner who is excited by gaining new knowledge across all areas of Workday (e.g. Absence, Security, Compensation, Learning, integrations)
You have an understanding of key workday functional areas such as Staffing, Worker Data, Organisations, Business Processes, Security, Reporting & Analytics
You’re comfortable with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets, and have the ability to manage large volumes of data
Strong written and verbal communication, with the experience to convey complex technical ideas in an easy to understand way to stakeholders and reverse
