Global Mobility Coordinator

Your key responsibilities:
Ensure Mobility best practices aligning with our company goals;
Manage and improve all Global Mobility processes such as temporary remote work, PEO (Professional Employment Organization) placement, relocation, internal transfers and visa/work permit application;
Oversee day-to-day immigration and assignment management processes. Advise and support our employees (and their family members) with end to end relocation;
Build and maintain successful, trusting relationships with all stakeholders such as People Partners, People Operations and Recruiting;
Maintain SharePoint files including tracker and access for mobility stakeholders.
You’ll be great for this role if you:
Have German Immigration, Mobility or People Operations experience (1-3 years);
Are fluent in both German and English and have a clear understanding of German immigration law or EU or other specific countries and immigration;
Have experience with relocations, are up to date with the latest law changes and know exactly which work permit is going to be the right one for our employees;
Are an excellent communicator with active listening skills, are highly collaborative and care about great employee experiences;
Know how to prioritise to meet deadlines and are not afraid of asking for support;
Are able to work in a dynamic environment, where accuracy matters and have experience in project management.
