The Global Rewards and Mobility Intern will partner closely with the People team, Recruiting team, and Legal team to help guide the immigration and relocation program. You will serve as a source of support for the Compensations and benefits team members and play an active role in helping build a proactive Global Mobility program centered around best practices, adaptability, and empathy. Working with us you will get insight into the Global Rewards and Global Mobility department, structures, and processes.
What you’ll do
Work with key Berlin stakeholders including People Partners, People operations, Recruiting, and Rewards team to support Global Mobility cases.
Support all Global Mobility processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Support with administrative activities, e.g. the preparation of certificates and other documents relevant to international relocations.
Help manage all visas for travel, immigration, and relocations in Germany.
Review remote work requests and application of A1 certificates.
Create calendar of benefit and manage benefit renewal.
Support on other rewards related projects.
You’ll be great for this role if
Bachelors or Masters student in the fields of Human Resources, law (business law), or related sciences.
Fluent in German and excellent writing skills are essential.
Basic Knowledge of German Law.
A self-thinking individual with drive.
Very structured & organised with very good skills in Excel
