SumUp has a Superapp that hosts all of the different products we offer to our merchants - from business accounts to invoicing to managing payments. About the team
You will be able to connect with mobile engineers from all over the company as our initiatives are far-reaching. You will contribute to the development of new innovative features to our different products available for merchants on the SumUp SuperApp or our consumer app SumUp Pay. You'll work in a "You write it, you own it" Engineering culture taking over ownership of deployment of your code and maintaining CI/CD for Mobile projects.

What you’ll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality iOS features
Architect and implement features that enhance user engagement, performance, and reliability
You'll develop major features that impact our developer community. You'll work closely with the rest of the team to drive our roadmap and design our developer experience
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to continuously optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability
Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability and performance
You'll be great for this position if
You have hands-on experience building mobile applications of similar complexity to SumUp’s Super App.
You are comfortable with Swift
You have good knowledge of architectural design patterns such as MVVM and MVP, and experience ensuring modularized and scalable app architecture.
You care about user interaction, usability, and of course, making the interface beautiful.
You strive for clean code and know how to write flexible tests that won't break
