SumUp’s growing Localization team is looking for a Localization Manager. As part of the European Tribe, you'll play a key role in shaping the global voice of SumUp and will be reporting directly to the Global Localization Lead. You’ll help us ensure that our content is not only localized into all 36 languages of SumUp’s current markets, but also consistently implemented and updated across all of our merchant communication.

Together, we devise innovative strategies to ship and market SumUp’s products, grow the brand, attract new customers and keep existing merchants excited about our products. Our Berlin-based team consists of 40+ people from 15 different countries.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, CRM, UX Design, etc.) and localization vendors. You will guide the teams on localizability and localization best practices, help the localization team to reach our OKR (quality, throughput, etc.), and proactively create and optimize localization operations.
