CRM Operations Manager for Engagement & Retention
As a CRM Operations Manager sitting within the CRM & Lifecycle team, you’ll help build and optimise customer journeys and campaigns across our markets and products. You’ll play a key role in addressing the needs of our merchants and ensuring a seamless SumUp experience throughout the lifecycle.
This role is part of the European Market team. This is a group of cross-functional growth hackers with the mission of completely transforming SumUp’s go-to-market from the current approach of leading with our successful card acceptance product to an integrated ecosystem of products that powers all aspects of our merchants’ businesses. What you’ll do
Setup, launch and maintain CRM communications in Marketing Cloud
Develop templates for email, landing pages, forms, in line with brand guidelines, to be used for CRM campaigns and journeys
Plan weekly execution capacity and maintain CRM communications calendar
Optimise operational processes to ensure timely and efficient execution
Create reports, analyse and drive specific recommendations for action
Work closely with CRM Managers, Content, Localisation, Design, User Research and Salesforce teams.
You’ll be great for this role if
You have a good understanding of channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push, SMS).
You’re passionate about CRM, with an analytical mindset and good knowledge of CRM systems and multi-channel lifecycle journeys. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
You excel at project management.
Good analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights. Experience with Tableau/GA is a plus.
You have good knowledge in HTML and CSS. Experience with SQL is a plus.
You're fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills
