As part of the People team you will be responsible for the global People routines and take our people data reports to a new level, while ensuring that the employees information are always accurate. The SumUp innovation environment is also present in our routine. That means new challenges everyday to deliver the best experience for our employees.
You'll join our international People Operations team and will support our location in Spain and possible more in the future.
What you’ll do:
Be the first point of contact for employees, once the job offer is accepted and support them through the entire employee lifecycle
Liaise with internal stakeholders such as People Partners, Payroll Partners, Finance, Legal, IT
Support our employees with all requests related to onboarding, contracts, labour law questions, benefits, etc.
Play an active part in defining and implementing people related policies and processes
Prepare and process data and documentation related to Hiring, Onboarding, Promotions, Terminations, Absences, Time management, Disciplinary procedures and any other information concerning the employees.
Monitor all employee changes, make sure they are reflected on our HRIS and precisely executed
You’ll be great for this role if:
You have previous experience as Human Resources Specialist, Generalist, Administrator or similar
You have strong Labour Law knowledge in Spain
You are fluent in English and Spanish
You have worked with HR systems, preferably workday
You are an excellent communicator with active listening and interpersonal skills with a high-level of collaboration in- and externally
You love working with people and care about great employee experience
You know how to prioritise to meet deadlines and know when to ask for support
You are able to work in a fast paced environment, where accuracy matters
