Customer Support Expert - Italian - Technical Support Team

You will work within our Customer Support team, with a focus on technical support topics. In this position, you will support our merchants with a variety of technical support-related issues and requests and find solutions for them. You will also work closely with a variety of departments, such as our Customer Support team in Berlin.
In addition, you will happily support other merchant related queries when needed to - you will truly be part of an international and supportive team!
What you’ll be doing in this position
You are the voice of our company - the direct link to our customers, supporting them with a variety of technical issues
You will proactively support our merchants by listening to their issues and finding solutions to them
You take care of our Italian-speaking customers in a variety of communication channels, primarily by phone and email
You actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
You closely work with other departments, for example with our engineering team
You’re part of an international and multilingual team
You’ll be great for this position if
You have excellent language skills and feel comfortable speaking and writing in Italian and English
You love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers
You’re curious and persistent to solve issues
You’re organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
You are a focussed person, with a keen eye for detail
