What you’ll do
Manage releases, identify dependencies between squads and releases.
Training, mentoring, and supporting squads to improve and follow rituals, values, principles, and practices.
Facilitating squad coordination, collaboration, communication and decision-making processes.
Removing impediments, scheduling meetings.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping squads to make improvements.
Planning and organising demos and product/system testing.
Assisting PM to prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
At least 4 years of experience in the software product sector in a role of Release Manager, PMO, PM, PO, Scrum Master.
Software development experience.
Product, Project or Program management experience.
Communication and presentation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
